Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that helps people explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. Through open dialogue and evidence-based techniques, therapy can foster self-understanding, emotional healing, and personal growth. It provides a space to navigate challenges, build resilience, and develop skills to create meaningful and lasting change in your life.
Some topics we routinely address with clients in therapy include:
Relationship issues and interpersonal trauma
Isolation and disconnection
Anxiety
Identity exploration, existential questions and major life choices
Perfectionism and self-criticism
Confidence and body image
Emotion regulation
Depression
Neurodivergent burn out
General feelings of being "stuck"
We offer psychotherapy services for adults aged 18 +.
The cost for individual sessions is:
$260 per clinical hour with Dr. Melodie Lemay-Gaulin
$180 per clinical hour with Hannah Majury or Mariana Profka.
Psychotherapy and coaching are two related interventions that may look similar at times.
Broadly speaking, psychotherapy aims to help you recognize, understand and move past broader patterns of emotions, thoughts and behaviours that hold you back from the life you want.
Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on developing practical strategies to help you manage specific challenges.
