Please use the door on the right (the one opening directly onto our small waiting room, not the door opening onto a stairway). Should the door be locked, please use the doorbell labelled with your clinician's name.
We are located near the Bathurst subway station. There is a Green P parking lot across the street and street parking on Palmerston.
Please note that our office may not be accessible to clients with limited mobility. There are 8 steps to get to the front entrance. The washroom is located in the basement.
