(SHE/HER)
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My experience spans both private practice and community work, including supporting teenagers in crisis through volunteer initiatives. My approach is informed not only by professional training, particularly in supporting neurodivergent individuals, those experiencing burnout, anxiety, or life transitions, but also by my own lived experience as a neurodivergent individual and over seven years in the fitness industry.
I work with individuals ages 15 through adulthood who may be experiencing performance anxiety, high levels of pressure, fear of change, burnout, or challenges with day to day functioning. In our sessions, I provide practical skills and strategies that can be applied right away for short-term relief, while also supporting you in building long-term growth and resilience. My goal is to help you deepen your understanding of yourself, your emotions, strengths, and identity, while working to reduce the barriers that may be holding you back.
My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and structured, with an emphasis on creating a supportive space where you feel understood and valued. I take an individualized approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centred Therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused frameworks to best support your unique needs.
My goal is to provide a space that is non-judgmental and collaborative, where you can feel truly seen, accepted, and empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing not only on immediate relief but also on building long-term tools for growth, balance, and resilience.
