As a clinical psychologist, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work with adults and couples. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from McGill University, a certificate in Human Sexuality and Intervention, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Université de Montréal, with specialized training in sex and couple therapy from the MUHC in Montreal.
As a late-identified neurodivergent person, I know firsthand what it's like to feel "othered" or misunderstood. These experiences fuel my commitment to creating a space where you feel truly seen, accepted, and valued in all aspects of who you are. That's why authenticity, inclusivity, and affirming care are the cornerstones of my practice.
I also work with Remedy, offering psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
My style is informal and largely unstructured. I bring my authentic self, warmth, and a touch of playfulness to our sessions, striving to create a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring, experimenting, and growing. I believe in finding the right balance between respecting your pace and gently encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone.
My focus is on helping understand yourself by examining your thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns with gentle curiosity. I tend to work best with those who are ready to move away from prescriptive formulas or one-size-fits-all approaches and are looking to engage in medium- to long-term work.
In therapy jargon, I would call my approach integrative and rooted in existential-humanistic principles. I focus on helping you make sense of the many dimensions of your experience, and on helping you make choices that are aligned with your authentic self and your values.
