As a clinical psychologist, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work with adults and couples. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from McGill University, a certificate in Human Sexuality and Intervention, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Université de Montréal, with specialized training in sex and couple therapy from the MUHC in Montreal.
As a late-identified, multiply neurodivergent person, I know firsthand what it's like to feel "othered" or misunderstood. These experiences fuel my commitment to creating a space where you feel truly seen, accepted, and valued in all aspects of who you are. That's why authenticity, inclusivity, and affirming care are the cornerstones of my practice.
I also work with Remedy Centre, offering psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy through Health Canada's special access program.
My approach is integrative and rooted in existential-humanistic principles. Being integrative means I draw from a variety of therapeutic models – like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness practices, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) – to flexibly adapt to your unique needs.
I bring my authentic self, warmth, and a touch of playfulness to our sessions, striving to create a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring, experimenting, and growing. I believe in finding the right balance between respecting your pace and gently encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone.
I love learning and am always looking for ways to grow as a psychologist. I’m committed to continually expanding my knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care for my clients. I regularly participate in trainings and workshops, consult with other trusted professionals, consume community-approced literature and seek to stay up-to-date on the latest research. This ongoing learning ensures my approach is grounded in the latest body of knowledge and best practices, especially in areas like neurodivergence, relationships, and inclusivity.
